Each Journal is cut from one piece of Birch reclaimed wood. The design is burned into the wood by hand. All Journals are sealed with 5 coats of polycrylic for protection , finished in natural color of the wood. The book has two faux leather hinges on front and back covers. There are TWO binding post for making your journal bigger if needed, or to add or remove pages.The B.O.S or Journal size measures approximately 12inches tall by 11 inches wide, will accept 11 x 81/2 paper ,sheet protectors,& photo holders. Minor alterations are made to every picture to keep its one of a kind integrity. These Journals, B.O.S, or scrapbooks will be Heirlooms, and collectibles that will be passed down for generations.
